Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Neck.

Most neck services take about 10–20 minutes depending on hair density and chosen method. If combined with other treatments, allow 30–45 minutes. We perform a quick consultation, prep the skin, and work efficiently to ensure comfort and precision.

Some sensation is normal, but pain is brief. Threading can be sharper, waxing may tug. We use experienced technicians, proper skin prep, and soothing numbing balms if needed. Breathing, calm positioning, and post-care reduce sensitivity and speed recovery.

Results vary by hair growth cycle, but most clients enjoy smooth neck skin for two to six weeks. Finer hair may take longer to regrow. Regular appointments every 4–6 weeks maintain a consistently clean neckline and reduce regrowth visibility.

We avoid treating open wounds, active rashes, or sunburned areas. For sensitive skin, we assess history and may choose gentle threading, hypoallergenic wax, or postpone. Pre- and post-care recommendations reduce irritation—always disclose medications or skin treatments beforehand.

Avoid exfoliating, retinoids, or chemical peels for 48–72 hours prior. Keep skin clean and free of heavy lotions or oils. If you bruise easily or use blood thinners, inform us. Arrive with hair growth of about 1/8 inch for best removal.

Apply soothing gel or aloe for 24–48 hours, avoid hot showers, saunas, heavy sweating, and direct sun exposure. Skip exfoliation for 48–72 hours. Use gentle moisturizers and exfoliate lightly after 3–5 days to prevent ingrown hairs.
