For most clients we recommend weekly to biweekly treatments for dry or damaged hair, and every two to four weeks for normal to oily hair. Your therapist will assess scalp and hair condition and suggest a personalized schedule.

We perform a patch test and discuss any known allergies before treatment. Common base oils include coconut, almond, sesame, and jojoba; essential oils may be used sparingly. If you have nut allergies or sensitivities we'll select hypoallergenic alternatives.

A Hair oil massage can soothe dry, flaky scalps by moisturizing and loosening dead skin, improving circulation and reducing irritation. For persistent or severe dandruff caused by fungus or dermatitis, a medicated treatment or dermatologist referral may be recommended.

Yes, Hair oil massages are usually safe for color-treated or chemically processed hair when lightweight oils are used and timing is appropriate. Avoid heavy treatments immediately before coloring; consult your stylist and our therapist to choose compatible oils.

You can rinse hair 30 minutes after a light treatment or leave oils on overnight for deeper conditioning. Our therapists will advise based on oil type and treatment intensity to achieve optimal absorption and results.
